To educate is to empower.
A person who feels good—feels confident—about the work they are presenting creates impact and engagement with their audience, and the audience retains significantly more of the information being presented. I created Designed to Engage as a platform to provide training on creating engaging presentations through effective storytelling, design concepts for better engagement, and ways of working more efficiently with PowerPoint. I also offer Designed to Support—a collaborative working session to help shape and elevate in-progress work through real-time guidance, strategy, and design input.
“I'd like to congratulate you on disproving the old adage 'You can't teach an old dog new tricks'. I'm living proof! ... All the feedback I've received [on the training session] has been glowingly positive. MilkPEP (Got Milk?), Special Assistant to the CEO
“11/10 presenter! I appreciated his tone, energy, attention, and thoroughness.  Attendee Feedback
“I was engaged the whole time! But I especially liked how he went over slide transformations and tips/tricks in ppt. I’ll definitely use those takeaways moving forward.” Attendee Feedback
“Wow - our agency Teams chat is exploding with chat on how good this session is. My favourite below. ‘Oh my god. They should get this guy on one of the government daily briefings instead of a Covid update. The whole country needs to see this.’” CEO UK, Weber Shandwick
